FEDS Audio Response (Telephone Banking)
FEDS Audio Response System is free and is available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
FEDS now provides account information in Spanish!
- Member Number
When prompted please enter your MEMBER NUMBER followed by the pound sign (#). If you are obtaining your member number from the bottom of your checks/share drafts, drop the last digit.
- Access Code
Enter your ACCESS CODE (4-8 digits) followed by the pound sign (#). This is your personal code to access your account information. If you wish, there is an option available to change your access code.
- Account Number
Most accounts are easily accessed by following the voice prompts. If the voice prompt does not list your particular account refer to the chart below for ACCOUNT NUMBER EXAMPLES. Please keep in mind that ACCOUNT NUMBERS do not exceed three digits.
