How to send sensitive personal information:
Communications Center is a secure e-mail service that USECU members may use to send personal information or questions directly to specific USECU groups. The information you send will be protected by the same high level of security that secures your account information on Home Banking. Use USECU's Communication Center instead of your regular e-mail service when you need to send sensitive personal account information.
How to send a message:
1. Log into Home Banking
2. Click on the "Communication Center" icon
3. Select the group you want to send your message to from the drop down menu.
4. Type your message and click "Send"
We will respond to your message within one business day.
